* Buyers...PLEASE respect my terms and creations by displaying and linking the special logo (sent with your orders) on the page where the tube graphics are offered.
* You MUST have a website (with protective coding in place).
* These were created to place in your Password Protected Member's Only area.
* The images are sent to you via email, in a zip file with .gif and .png format, a copy of the sample from my site and Terms of Use. You can use the sample to display on your web page if you would like to.
* You may NOT resell or share the (actual) tubes with others (including co-owners of the same site).
* By placing an order, you agree to these TOU even if you didn't read them.
*NO OFFLINE USE or REFUNDS

Your Members May:
* Mix and Match elves and props to create images to be sold and offered in individual shoppe or in member's password protected area as Tags, Premades, Web sets, Email stats, Adoptions, for "end use creations only" (not as blank tags, nor as tubes!). The images created need to have something original added before placing anywhere for sale or in a member's area.
* A link back to Carla Creates with the logo included in the purchased package is required.
* Example: Tubes created by Carla Creates at www.carlacreates.com (can be linked to the logo) and purchased at ***Your site***
* No altering, no offline use, and no reselling [as tubes is allowed.

* Payment method:: I accept payment by Paypal only.
* Buyer will be sent a Paypal invoice that needs to be paid within 24 hours or may click the Pay Pal button.
* After payment has been received, the order will be sent via email usually within 24-48 hours.
