This tutorial uses a different technique. You will only see the canvas in the downloaded file. Everything you need is on the canvas. Make sure you have your Layer Palette visible. You will Load from the Alpha Channel (not Selections).

Save to a location of your choice.
I left a background layer.
You may want to flood fill to help you see better.
You can delete this layer before merging.

Click on back back body-cp layer on Layer Palette
Selections Load from Alpha Channel back body-cp
Flood Fill

Click on teeth-cp layer on Layer Palette
Selections Load from Alpha Channel teeth-cp

Click on head-cp layer on Layer Palette
Selections Load from Alpha Channel head-cp

Click on red X on glasses(PSP7) or eye (PSP8) on face-cp layer of Layer Palette to make face visible. FRONT BODY
Click on front body-cp layer on Layer Palette

Click on detail1-cp layer on Layer Palette
Selections Load from Alpha Channel detail1-cp

Optional:
Noise 8% uniform on all layers except teeth and face.
SAVE
CLEAN
IMAGE
Merge all layers except background on the Layer Palette
(Click on eyes-PSP8 or glasses-PSP7. You'll get a red X on each layer.)
Selections Load from Alpha Channel clean-cp on the Merged layer.
Hit the Delete key on you keyboard. Youre finished! You may delete the background layer and merge visible.
