Please make sure you have read them.
Use any color or fill you would like to create.
Make sure you have your Layer Palette visible.
Download Supplies HERE
Duplicate (Shift D) and close original to save for another use.
Save in PSP format and name as you wish.
Flood Fill with you color or pattern choice.
You may Flood Fill on the same Layer or New Raster Layer (I didn't put a layer on the canvas for this.)
If you Adjust - Brightness & Contrast for the stiches. Just load on the same layer as the fill.
