This tutorial uses a different
technique. You will only see the canvas in the downloaded file.
Everything you need is on the canvas. Make sure you have your Layer
Palette visible. You will Load from the Alpha Channel (not Selections).

Supplies HERE
Duplicate (Shift D) and close original to save for another use.
Save in PSP format and name as you wish.
Have you Layer Palette open

I left a background layer so you can flood fill to help you see better. You can delete it when you are finished.
Click on candy cane-cp-cp layer on Layer Palette.
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – candy cane-cp
Flood Fill with color you your choice (#F0EBE4)
Effects - 3D - Inner Bevel - You will need to change the color to a lighter shade of the color you filled with. I used #E9DBDD.
Click on ribbon1-cp layer on Layer Palette.
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – ribbon1-cp
Flood Fill #FCB63C
Click on ribbon2-cp layer on Layer Palette.
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – ribbon2-cp
Flood Fill #F0EBE4
Float (Ctrl+F)
Effects - 3D - Cutout
- Vertical 2
- Horizontal (-8)
- Opacity 30
- Blur 10
- Shadow color #820000
Bow TUTORIAL to accent this.
Do Not Merge Visible
I would save this original without merging.
Then you can Colorize or adjust Brightness/Contrast and get many different colors.
