technique. You will only see the canvas in the downloaded file.
Everything you need is on the canvas. Make sure you have your Layer
Palette visible. You will Load from the Alpha Channel (not Selections).

Country Santa Ornament from the tutorial HERE
Or completed Country Snowman
Ornament from the tutorial HERE
I left a background layer.
You may want to flood fill to help you see better. You can delete
this layer before merging.
Select the fills you would
like to use. Click on the image and drag over to PSP workspace.
You can copy and paste as a new image, but I prefer the drag method.
NOTE: I created these fills
for use with my tutorials. You may use on web pages, but do not offer
for downloads anywhere.
BODY
Click on body layer on Layer
Palette
Selections Load from Alpha
Channel body
Flood Fill with you pattern
choice. (I used red at Scaled 150 Angle0.)
SAVE
BACK BOARD
Click on back board layer
on Layer Palette
Selections Load from Alpha
Channel back board
Flood Fill #D3C8AD or you
choice
Optional Add Noise around
12%
SAVE
BOARD EDGE
Click on board edge layer
on Layer Palette
Selections Load from Alpha
Channel board edge
Flood Fill #225625 or your
choice
Optional: Effects 3D
Inner Bevel Jasc Bead setting
SAVE
GLOVES
Click on gloves layer on
Layer Palette
Selections Load from Alpha
Channel gloves
Flood Fill with your pattern
choice. (I used same fill as hat at Scale 50 Angle 0)
SAVE
SLEEVE TRIM
Click on sleeve trim layer
on Layer Palette
Selections Load from Alpha
Channel sleeve trim
Flood Fill with your pattern
choice. (I used same fill as hat trim at Scale 100 Angle 0)
Deselect (Ctrl D)
Use Retouch Tool Smudge
to draw some wavy lines through beard in direction of lines on image.
SAVE
Complete Country Santa Ornament
or Complete Snowman Ornament
Duplicate and merge all
but the background layer (Layer1) if you havent already merged.
Click on merged layer of
this image and drag over to the workspace of the board. You can copy
and paste as a new layer instead.
Optional: Rotate (Ctrl R)
head Left Free 20%
New Layer
Use the Text Tool to write
your message on the board.
All finished.
You may delete background
layer and merge visible.
