This tutorial uses a different technique.  You will only see the canvas in the downloaded file.  Everything you need is on the canvas.  Make sure you have your Layer Palette visible.  You will Load from the Alpha Channel (not Selections).

I left a background layer.  You may want to flood fill to help you see better.  You can delete this layer before merging.

Open smanbox fill supplied in download.
Styles:  Foreground – smanbox fill (Scale 200 - Angle 0 - Throughout tutorial)
             Background – Null

BOTTOM
Click on bottom layer on Layer Palette
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – bottom
Flood Fill with smanbox fill
Selections – Invert
Effects – 3D – Drop Shadow
• Vertical (-6)
• Horizontal 0
• Opacity 30
• Blur 30
• Color – Black
SAVE

RIM 1
Click on rim 1 on Layer Palette
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – rim 1
Flood Fill with smanbox fill
Selections – Invert
Effects – 3D – Drop Shadow
• Vertical 0
• Blur 10
• Other settings stay the same
Selections – Select None (Ctrl D)
Apply same Drop Shadow
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – rim 1 again
Selections – Invert 
Use Eraser Tool to erase drop shadow as shown in image.

SAVE

LID1
Click on lid1 on Layer Palette
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – lid1
Flood Fill with smanbox fill
Selections – Invert
Effects – 3D – Drop Shadow
• Opacity 20
• Blur 15
• Other settings stay the same
SAVE

MIDDLE
Click on middle layer on Layer Palette
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – middle
Flood Fill with smanbox fill
Selections – Invert
Effects – 3D – Drop Shadow
• Vertical (-4)
• Horizontal 0
• Opacity 30
• Blur 30
• Color – Black
SAVE

We won’t add a rim to this one because the ribbon will cover it.

LID 2
Click on lid2 on Layer Palette
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – lid2
Flood Fill with smanbox fill
Selections – Invert
Effects – 3D – Drop Shadow
• Opacity 20
• Blur 15
• Other settings stay the same
SAVE

TOP
Click on top layer on Layer Palette
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – top
Flood Fill with smanbox fill
Selections – Invert
Effects – 3D – Drop Shadow
• Vertical (-2)
• Horizontal 0
• Opacity 25
• Blur 30
• Color – Black
SAVE

RIM 3
Click on rim3 on Layer Palette
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – rim3
Flood Fill with smanbox fill
Selections – Invert
Effects – 3D – Drop Shadow
• Vertical 0
• Blur 10
• Other settings stay the same
Selections – Select None (Ctrl D)
Apply same Drop Shadow
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – rim3 again
Selections – Invert 
Use Eraser Tool to erase Drop Shadow as shown in image on Lid 1.

LID 3
Click on lid3 on Layer Palette
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – lid3
Flood Fill with smanbox fill
Selections – Invert
Effects – 3D – Drop Shadow
• Opacity 20
• Blur 15
• Other settings stay the same
SAVE

BUTTON
Change Foreground to Solid Color.  I used #CF1111
Click on button1 on Layer Palette
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – button1
Flood Fill with color
Selections – Invert
Effects – 3D – Drop Shadow
• Opacity 80
• Blur 15
• Other settings stay the same
Selections – Modify – Expand 13
Selections – Invert
Apply same Drop Shadow
Flood fill with another color.  I used #3A863A
Selections – Invert
Apply Drop Shadow again changing Blur to 5 and leaving other settings the same.
Use Paint Brush – Foreground color White
• Round
• Size 5
• Hardness 0
• Opacity 100
• Step 15
• Density 100
Paint two dots for button holes.
Optional – Use Single Line – Width 2 to draw thread lines.
Right Click on button1 layer on Layer Palette – Duplicate
Use Mover Tool to drag up to middle box
Image – Resize (Shift S) 80% - Make sure All Layers box is not checked.
Effects – Sharpen – Sharpen
Optional – Drop Shadow under both buttons same as last setting used.
SAVE

FACE AND BOW
Now to put on the finishing touches.  Click on the red X's on the top two layers of the Layer Palette to make the face and bow visible.
