This tutorial uses a different technique.  You will only see the canvas in the downloaded file.  Everything you need is on the canvas.  Make sure you have your Layer Palette visible.  You will Load from the Alpha Channel (not Selections).

You may want to flood fill to help you see better.  You can delete this layer before merging.

WEB
Click on web layer on Layer Palette
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – web
Flood Fill Black
SAVE

RIGHT LEGS 
Click on right legs layer on Layer Palette
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – right legs
Flood Fill Black
Keep selected 
Effects – 3D – Inner Bevel – Jasc Round setting
     Change Depth to 10
     Change Angle to 25
Deselect (Ctrl D)
Right click on right leg layer on Layer Palette – Duplicate
Image – Mirror (Ctrl M)
You can use Mover Tool to place after the body is completed.
SAVE

BODY 
Click on body layer on Layer Palette
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – body white
Flood Fill Black
Keep Selected
Airbrush lightly using color #808080 
     Size 100
     Hardness 25
     Opacity 75
     Step 50
     Density 1
Deselect (Ctrl D)
Use Mover Tool to place left legs
SAVE

HEAD
Click on head layer on Layer Palette
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – head
Flood Fill Black
Keep Selected
Airbrush lightly using color #808080 – same settings
Deselect (Ctrl D)
Effects – 3D – Drop Shadow
     Vertical 1
     Horizontal 0
     Opacity 30
     Blur to 0
     Color White
SAVE

EYES
Click on eyes layer on Layer Palette
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – eyes
Flood Fill Black
Effects – 3D – Inner Bevel – same setting used last
Selections - Invert
Effects – 3D – Drop Shadow
     Vertical & Horizontal 0
     Opacity 100
     Blur to 2
     Color White
Deselect (Ctrl D)
Effects – 3D – Drop Shadow
     Vertical & Horizontal 2
     Other settings the same
Right click on eyes layer on Layer Palette – Duplicate
Image – Mirror (Ctrl M)
Use Mover Tool to place 
SAVE

NOSE
Click on nose layer on Layer Palette
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – nose
Flood Fill Black
Effects – 3D – Drop Shadow
     Vertical 2
     Horizontal 1
     Opacity 85
     Blur to 4
     Color White
SAVE

You may delete background and merge visible.
