Create Preset Heart Shape

Open a New 250 X 250 Transparent Image.
You may want to Flood Fill   to help you see better.

Create your own Preset Heart shape HERE first.

Make sure your Layer Palette (F8) is visible.

Open a New Image and any size you want. I used 250 x 250.

You may want to flood fill the bottom layer to help you see better.

Preset Shapes - Select the heart you made.
Drag out a heart any size you would like.
Click on the + sign next to Vector1 on the Layer Palette
Double click on the bold layer with the name you gave your preset heart to get the properties. Here you can change several properties. You may want to experiment with these. I am only changing the colors for now.
Click on the Fill and select any color you would like for the heart.
You can use the nodes to rotate or resize.
Make several with different shapes and colors.

When you have the shapes you want to use, right click on the layers by the - sign on the Layer Palette - Convert to Raster Layer

Effects - 3D - Drop Shadow
Repeat (Ctrl+Y) a few times.

You can duplicate, mirror and colorize to get many more.

I added this Drop Shadow to the illustration to help bring out more. Effects - 3D - Drop Shadow
Save as you wish. Don't forget to deleted background layer if you flood filled before merging if you tube.
Hope you enjoyed this tutorial and find many uses for it.
