*Size reduced in image*

You may have to try a few times to get it placed. Just grab the + and move toward the center of the petals.
Once you have the first one toward the center, you can click on each layer on the Layer Palette and (Ctrl+Y) to repeat for the other petals.
Mine came out really close to the center, but it is ok if your is not this close because we will put a center over it.

Cutouts
This next part can get a little confusing. You may want to go to the Layer Palette and name the layers. Just usenumbers. To name the layers, just double click on each layer on the Layer Palette. On the pop-up, type number 1 for the first petal, 2 for second, etc. My images went around counter clockwise. Here is how mine looks: (I numbered the petals on the image for you to see. You don't want to number it on the image.)

I would Duplicate the original image and put away. Use the duplicated image to play around on and experiment.
There are so many things you can do to change the way the flower looks. Some suggestions:
Duplicate layers - resize (experiment with amont) - rotate. (This is what I did for the one illustrated.)
Do this several times to get many petals coming in. (You may want to Sharpen layer when resized.)
Experiment with Brightness/Contrast (Shift+B) and Colorize (Shift+L) to change colors. Some of you may have a filter that used to be around called Variation you can use to adjust the colors. Sorry, but I don't think this filter is still available for download. I don't have it on the computer I am using for this tutorial, so I played the just PSP settings.
