This tutorial is to detail the vectored stacked toy you created HERE.

Right click on the Vector layer on the Layer Palette - Convert to Raster Layer. After doing one, you can click on each layer (Ctrl+Y) to repeat the same actions. Which ever way you prefer.

There are a couple of ways I will show you. One is working with Inner Bevels and the other is using Cutouts.

Inner Bevel Method
Starting on the bottom Raster Layer on the Layer Palette. (You can use the Mover Tool to click on the center pole. This will automatically move you to the right layer on the Layer Palette.)
Effects - 3D - Inner Bevel with this setting:

Click on the base layer on the Layer Palette or use the Mover Tool to click on the base.
Effects - 3D - Inner Bevel - Changing the Width to 25 and leaving the other settings the same.

Click on each of the ring layers on the Layer Palette or use the Mover Tool to click on the base.

Drop down below to Optional for both to add more detail for the highlight if you would like to.

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - Radius 10 to 12 Use the Magic Wand to click on the background area.
Click back on the layer above this (blurred layer) on the Layer Palette.

On the Layer Palette to the right of the layer, you should see where the Blend Mode shows Normal. Change this to Overlay by clicking on the little arrow beside it.
You can lower the opacity on the slider to the left of this if necessary. I lowered to 70 for the beveled technique and 80 for cutout technique.
