Edit Copy (Ctrl C)
Edit – Paste as a New Layer  (Ctrl – Shift – L)
***I prefer the drag method***
• Click on face image
• Drag dew drop-cp dew drop-cp layer from Layer Palette to the image you are working on.  It will automatically paste as a New Layer .
Use Mover Tool to place

CLOAK
