This tutorial uses a different technique. You will only see the canvas in the downloaded file. Everything you need is on the canvas. Make sure you have your Layer Palette visible. You will Load from the Alpha Channel (not Selections).

GINGERBREAD BASE
Please go HERE and complete the base for all the gingerbread series.
Have the image open and ready to use along with the open canvas for this tutorial.

Duplicate (Shift D) and close original to save for another use.
Save in PSP format and name as you wish.

I left a background layer.
You may want to flood fill to help you see better.
You can delete this layer before merging.
Have you Layer Palette open.

CLOUDS
Click on clouds-cp layer on Layer Palette.
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – clouds-cp
Flood Fill #E7EAF7 Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – detail 1-cp
Adjust - Brightness/Contrast (Shift+B)

Brightness: -85
Contrast: 70

SAVE

WINGS
Click on wings-cp layer on Layer Palette.
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – wings-cp
Flood Fill #E9F5FB
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – detail 2-cp
Adjust - Brightness/Contrast (Shift+B)

Brightness: -50
Contrast: 30

SAVE

GINGERBREAD
Click on gbread-cp layer on Layer Palette.
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – ggbread-cp
Click on the base image (Ctrl C) to copy.
Click back on the gingerbread sunny image (Ctrl+Shift+L) to paste into selection.

HALO
Click on halo-cplayer on Layer Palette.
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – halo-cp
Flood Fill #F4D487
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – detail 3-cp
Adjust - Brightness/Contrast

Brightness: -100
Contrast: 50

SAVE

STARS
Click on stars-cp layer on Layer Palette.
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – stars-cp
Flood Fill #FCEEBE
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – detail 4-cp

Adjust - Brightness/Contrast
Brightness: -100
Contrast: 75

Select None Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add 10% Uniform
SAVE

MOON
Click on moon-cp layer on Layer Palette.
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – moon-cp
Flood Fill #FEF7E2
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – detail 5-cp
Adjust - Brightness/Contrast - Same Settings
Select None
Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add 10% Uniform
SAVE

You may delete background layer (bottom layer), merge visible and SAVE!
