Gingerbread Irish

This tutorial uses a different technique.  You will only see the canvas in the downloaded file.  Everything you need is on the canvas.  Make sure you have your Layer Palette visible.  You will Load from the Alpha Channel (not Selections).

Download Supplies HERE 

Duplicate (Shift D) and close original to save for another use.
Save in PSP format and name as you wish.

I left a background layer.
You may want to flood fill to help you see better.
You can delete this layer before merging.
Have you Layer Palette open

GINGERBREAD BASE
Please go HERE and complete the base for all the gingerbread series.
Have the image open and ready to use along with the open canvas for this tutorial.

GINGERBREAD
Click on gbread base layer on Layer Palette.
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – ggbread-cp
Click on the base image (Ctrl C) to copy.
Click back on the gingerbread irish image (Ctrl+Shift+L) to paste into selection.

HAT
Click on top hat-cp layer on Layer Palette.
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – top hat-cp.
Flood Fill #C0FFC0 (Click 2 or 3 times.)
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – detail 1-cp.

NECK TIE
Click on neck tie-cp layer on Layer Palette.
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – vine1-cp

Click on bag-cp layer on Layer Palette.
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – bag-cp

COIN
Click on coin-cp layer on Layer Palette.
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – coin-cp
Flood Fill White
Effects - 3D - Inner Bevel at the following settings:

Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – detail 5-cp
Flood Fill White
Apply the same Inner Bevel

HAT BAND AND BUCKLE
Click on hat band-cp layer on Layer Palette.
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – hat band-cp
Flood Fill #004000
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – hat buckle-cp
Flood Fill White
Apply the same Inner Bevel

You may delete background layer (bottom layer), merge visible and SAVE!
