Gingerbread Witch

This tutorial uses a different technique.  You will only see the canvas in the downloaded file.  Everything you need is on the canvas.  Make sure you have your Layer Palette visible.  You will Load from the Alpha Channel (not Selections).

Download Supplies HERE 

Duplicate (Shift D) and close original to save for another use.
Save in PSP format and name as you wish.

I left a background layer.
You may want to flood fill to help you see better.
You can delete this layer before merging.
Have you Layer Palette open

GINGERBREAD BASE
Please go HERE and complete the base for all the gingerbread series.
Have the image open and ready to use along with the open canvas for this tutorial.

GINGERBREAD
Click on gingerbread base layer on Layer Palette.
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – ggbread-cp
Click on the base image (Ctrl C) to copy.
Click back on the gingerbread witch image (Ctrl+Shift+L) to paste into selection.

HAT
Click on front hat-cp layer on Layer Palette.
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel –hat-cp.
Flood Fill #Black.
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – detail2-cp.
Flood Fill #C0C0C0

PUMPKIN
Click on pumpkin-cp layer on Layer Palette.
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – pumpkin-cp.
Flood Fill #F6B824.
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – detail 3-cp.
Flood Fill #8B2B1B (Click twice).
Click on pumpkin face-cp layer on Layer Palette.
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – pumpkin face-cp.
Flood Fill #Black.
Click on pumpkin inside-cp layer on Layer Palette.
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – pumpkin inside-cp.
Flood Fill Black
Click on handle-cp layer on Layer Palette.
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – handle-cp.
Flood Fill Black

HAT BUCKLE
Click on hat buckle-cp layer on Layer Palette.
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – hat buckle-cp.
Flood Fill #808080
Deselect (Ctrl D)
Inner Bevel - Frame
(You could Flood Fill – White and use Blade Pro or a Sculpture.)

BROOM
Click on broom stick-cp layer on Layer Palette.
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – broom stick-cp.
Flood Fill #Black.
Deselect (Ctrl D)
Inner Bevel - Plastic
• Change Depth to 8
• Angle to 235
Click on broom-cp layer on Layer Palette.
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – broom-cp.
Flood Fill #E1CC81.
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – detail 4-cp.
Flood Fill #4E1E14.
Selections – Load from Alpha Channel – detail 5-cp.
Flood Fill #8B2B1B

You may delete background layer (bottom layer), merge visible and SAVE!
