Tutorials offered are designed to help you learn how to draw. Please change your results so that it doesn't look identical with the tutorial samples. This can be something as simple as using your own colors and changing a few pixels here and there. But, just because you change it does not make it original to you. The images and tutorials are copyrighted to me.

You may NOT offer lineart/outlines with your tutorials results. This will also help you and others know if your graphic was taken and used without your permission.

You may NOT offer any naked doll bases created from my tutorials. The dolls you create must be fully dressed and/or decorated.

♥ Lineart from Pixel Tutorials ♥
All Lineart graphics are copyrighted to me. They are not to be transferred via electronic email, uploaded to another server, or taken and changed for your own web site. In order to offer the results of creations made with the lineart you must color them in. You can change the lineart slightly to suit your needs, but that does not mean you now own the copyright to the graphics.
You may NOT create tutorials from the Lineart graphics. No PROFIT may be obtained for images created from lineart used from my pixel tutorials.

♥ Concerning Tubes ♥
If you create tubes from your tutorial results, you may only use them for personal use. You may NOT sell it as sig tags, premades, or use them to create layouts for sale. Tubes may not be offered in any way shape or form within another membership area (free or paid).

♥ Copyrights ♥
I retain the copyrights to all of my images, fills, brushes, tutorials and samples. They are not to leave my site, transferred via electronic email, uploaded to another server, or taken and changed for your own web site.  You are welcome to make sig tags with the images, you can make page sets, Holiday cards, buttons, use them on craft items, make stationery out of them, basically do what you wish, except for claiming COPYRIGHT to the images or obtaining PROFIT from any image results you have created from the tutorial.!! Even if you add the image to another image, the original is still copyrighted to me.

My tutorils are Copyrighted to me just like any other artist.
Just because I offer my work to be recreated by somebody else, does not make them yours.
I spend many extra hours recreating images and reconstructing images
to make them available as tutorials.
It usually takes more time to recreate it and write it up for a tutorial
then to create the original image.
I am asking that you be courteous and respect the fact the I have offered
my time and talent freely to you.
If you are unwilling to do that, please look elsewhere for tutorials that
may allow you to do as you please. As more and more tutorial artist are
becoming educated in copyright law, there are less of these becoming available.
I would like for users of my site to educate themselves regarding Copyright Laws.

I'd really much rather be spending my time creating in PSP
than to have to educate people and defend my rights.
I know there are tons of people all over the world enjoying my tutorials.
I would really hate to have to take down my site.
It is because of reasons like this that so many other tutorials authors
have taken down their sites or sell their tutorials.
I'm really sorry I had to put this letter and information up.

I reserve the right to create and/or sell any future Quick Guides based on the tutorials found in the Free area. This means no offering my tuts as quick guides on your site, by email or for sale or barter in any form.

I reserve the right to create and/or sell any future Scripts based on the tutorials found in the Free area. You may NOT offer scripts based on these tuts for download, through email or on CD, sale or barter in any form.

I reserve the right to change my TOS, so be sure to read them from time to time.

You are responsible for knowing and understanding the Terms of your membership, not reading the Terms is not an excuse.

You are required to have a clickable text link or my membership logo on your site. Please only use my member logos, do not make one of your own. If you do not have a site that is fine. You will not have to use the banner or link. This is only for people who have sites where graphics may be used.
