At the present time I am only offering Life Time of my site Memberships.
This means you will have membership as long as my site remains open.

You must provide me with a link to your site if anything from my Member Area is used on the internet on the page the image is used.

Nothing from my site may be used on any of the free domains.

You must send me the page where my banner and link will be placed at your site before I set up your password. If you do not have a website, please state that you do not have one. However, if you ever do decide to put one up, you must also provide me with the page where the banner and link are.

♥ Once you have gain access to the Member's area, no refund will be granted. ♥

NEVER: Share your Password or Membership Information with anybody. This can result in immediate termination.
You may NOT link to the Tutorial, images, or zip file as no one has the password but you! They are NOT to be shared any where, on the net or otherwise. They may be downloaded and printed for your OWN personal use only.
Nothing from my site is to be placed on any type of CD or passed through groups or e-mails. You may make stationery for OE or IM with other items added and backgrounds as long as credit is given. Do not just pass graphics as single images of groups through any e-mail program.

Graphics and results from tutorials May Be Use For:

Creating premades with names included, sigtags with names included, adoptions with names included, pagesets, backgrounds, IM or OE stationery, icons, and cursors. Credit with link to my site must be given on page the graphics are offered on.
Your results should not look identical with the tutorial.

May NOT Be Use For:

The graphics can not be placed as a stand alone graphics on anything as tubes or in any other format unless you have a Tube or Commercial License.
You may NOT offer lineart/outlines with your tutorials results.
You may NOT offer any naked doll bases created from my tutorials. The dolls you create must be fully dressed and/or decorated.
The images are NOT to be placed as patterns anywhere.
Do NOT offer for others to use on craft items or as sig tags, web sets, or other formats.
No tubing without License.

May Be Use For:

May be offered to others in your Member Area after you have colored and detailed: as premades with names included, sigtags with names included, adoptions with names included, pagesets, backgrounds, icons, and cursors as long as they have something added.
Credit with link to my site must be given to me on page it is offered and or webset pages.
You can change the lineart slightly to suit your needs, but that does not mean you now own the copyright to the graphics.

May NOT Be Use For:

You may NOT create tutorials from the Lineart graphics.
You may NOT offer any naked doll bases created from my tutorials. The dolls you create must be fully dressed and/or decorated.
Do NOT offer as outlines.
Do NOT offer for others to use on their craft items.
Do NOT allow others to use from your site as sig tags, web sets, or in any other form for the internet.
No tubing without License.

All Lineart graphics are copyrighted to me. They are not to be transferred via electronic email, uploaded to another server, or taken and changed to place on your own web site.

May be offered to others in your Member Area as premades with names included, sigtags with names included, adoptions with names included, pagesets, backgrounds, icons, and cursors as long as they have been color with something added.
My tubes are NOT allowed as stand alone items anywhere in any format. If somebody wants the tube, they must come to my site to get it.

Tubes in the Purchased area may have additional terms of artist. Terms are posted under their pages. Most are the same as above.

May Be Use For:

Allows tubing any of the graphics you have created from my tutorials, lines or bases. You need to make sure they are not identical to my graphics.
You may offer as undressed bases with clothes to go with them.
You may sell in packs for Purchaseware or place in you Member Area.
Your customers may use as premades with names included, sigtags with names included, adoptions with names included, pagesets, IM or OE letters with credit given on page, backgrounds, icons, and cursors, but may not use as tubes or on craft items.

Lines in the Purchased area may have additional terms of artist. Terms are posted under their pages. Please make sure you read terms on the pages.

May NOT Be Use For:

Any Free or Linkware area
On any Free Server
Passed through any of the groups or social networks.
For your customers to use for crafts or as tubes.

Just because you change the graphic it does not make it original to you. The images and tutorials are copyrighted to me. It is important for your customers to realize the images are copyrighted to me. A banner or text link must be on the page where graphics are placed.

♥ ♥ ♥ Commercial License ♥ ♥ ♥

You MAY use the results from tutorials, my colored outlines or my tubes to place on any crafts or patterns.
You may used colored lines as they are for patterns.
You may place patterns for embroidery, cross stitching, tole or other patterns on CD's with credit and link back to my site provided on CD.
You may use outlines to write tutorials for Member areas.
Do NOT use anything from my Purchased Area for commercial use.

I retain the copyrights to all of my images, fills, brushes, tutorials and samples. They are not to leave my site, transferred via electronic email, uploaded to another server, or taken and changed for your own web site. You are welcome to make sig tags with the images, you can make page sets, Holiday cards, buttons, use them on craft items, make stationery out of them, basically do what you wish, but you may never claim copyright to the images!! Even if you add the image to another image, the original is still copyrighted to me.

I reserve the right to create and/or sell any future Quick Guides based on the tutorials found in the Members ONLY area. This means no offering my tuts as quick guides on your site, by email or for sale or barter in any form.

I reserve the right to create and/or sell any future Scripts based on the tutorials found in the Members ONLY area. You may NOT offer scripts based on these tuts for download, through email or on CD, sale or barter in any form.

I reserve the right to change my TOS, so be sure to read them from time to time.

Once you have been admitted to my Members Area, and received your user name and password, no refund will be issued.

You are responsible for knowing and understanding the Terms of your membership, not reading the Terms is not an excuse.

♥ ♥ ♥ Violation Removal ♥ ♥ ♥

Sharing of your Member name/Password will result in your immediate removal. I have a tracking program that tells me who logs in and the IP addresses are recorded, I get a notice if a person logs in with a different IP address or if two are logged in with the same user name/password, with different IP addresses. One membership one person use! Group memberships at this time are not allowed!

If you are removed for Violation of Terms of Use or Terms of Service, your money will NOT be refunded. If you are removed due to Violation you will be required to remove any and all images that you got or made from the Members Only site upon request.

I reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone for any reason Isee fit.

You are required to have a clickable text link or my membership logo on your site. Please only use my member logos, do not make one of your own. If you do not have a site that is fine. You will not have to use the banner or link. This is only for people who have sites where graphics may be used.

When placing images done from my tutorials you must have a family friendly web site, it must not contain links to or content about racism, hatred, animal cruelty, sexual content, pornography, spouse or child abuse.
